Introduction to the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Division
The Extracurricular Activities Guidance Division is staffed by a Division Chief and four staff members who are in charge of the promotion of various student extracurricular activities.
Services:
- Providing guidance for the operation and management of the University’s Student Association (including Christmas party, Starlight Avenue Singing Contest, etc.).
- Providing guidance for the University student clubs’ winter/summer vacation service trips and associated achievement exhibitions.
- Organizing university anniversary activities.
- Organizing the Student Club Expo.
- Organizing the University’s Outstanding Youth Selection.
- Providing guidance for the operation and management of the University’s Student Council.
- Providing guidance for affairs related to the creation of student clubs, club activity operations, applications for club funds, etc.
- Management of the rental/borrowing applications for student club offices and activity venues (including the auditorium, Student Activity Center 3–5F, and club offices in the basement of the Girls’ Dormitory)
