New students may also check their dormitory bed allocation results through the INTUE system.

If you are a new student who applied for a dormitory bed but was not assigned one, or if your assigned bed for continuing students differs from your previous arrangement, please contact us by email to explain the situation. Alternatively, you may call the Student Life Assistance Division at 02-6639-6688 ext. 82054 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26 to report the issue.

Dormitory Accommodation Fee Payment and Related Regulations

(1) New students should log in to the university website and go to Home → Public University Affairs → Tuition & Miscellaneous Fees → “Tuition & Miscellaneous Fees Payment and Online Inquiry” from August 28 to September 7, 2026, to print their student dormitory accommodation fee payment slip. Upon check-in, students must present proof of payment (an electronic copy is acceptable) in order to complete the check-in procedure. The accommodation fee must be paid in full by September 7, 2026. Students who fail to make the payment by the deadline will be considered to have forfeited their dormitory eligibility, and their bed will be released to other students.

(2) In accordance with the Executive Yuan’s “Student On-Campus Accommodation Subsidy Program for Colleges and Universities,” starting from the second semester of the 2023 academic year, each on-campus student with general status is eligible for a subsidy of NT$5,000 per semester, while each on-campus student with economic hardship status (low-income or lower-middle-income household) is eligible for a subsidy of NT$7,000 per semester.

The accommodation fee payment slips for the first semester of the 2026 academic year will initially be issued based on the general student rate of NT$3,350. Students who hold an original Low-Income Household or Lower-Middle-Income Household Certificate issued by a local city/county government should email the certificate to the Student Dormitory official email address at best820@mail.ntue.edu.tw before the payment deadline. In addition, by 5:00 p.m. on September 7, 2026, students must bring the original and a photocopy of the certificate to the Student Life Assistance Division to request an adjustment to the accommodation fee. (The original document will be returned after verification.)

(3) The Executive Yuan’s “Student On-Campus Accommodation Subsidy Program for Colleges and Universities” applies to on-campus students who hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality. Overseas Chinese and students from Mainland China who hold an ROC national ID card are also eligible for the subsidy. Please notify us by email before the payment deadline and, by September 7, 2026, bring the original or a photocopy of your national ID card to the Student Life Assistance Division to request an adjustment to the accommodation fee. (The original document will be returned after verification.)

(4) According to the “Standards for the Items and Amounts of Publicly Funded Benefits for Teacher Education Students,” publicly funded teacher education students already receive scholarships/subsidies that cover accommodation fees based on the accommodation fee standards for each semester. Therefore, they are not eligible for the Executive Yuan’s on-campus accommodation subsidy for college and university students. Please be advised accordingly.

(5) Students applying for an accommodation fee loan should select “Pay the accommodation fee through a student loan” when submitting the application so that the accommodation fee payment slip can be processed separately. However, students must still pay the deposit and dormitory internet fee totaling NT$1,100 within the payment period. Students must also contact Ms. Kuo of the Student Life Assistance Division and complete the accommodation fee loan procedure before the student loan application deadline.

(6) Students who hold a Low-Income Household Certificate issued by a local city/county government are exempt from paying the accommodation fee but are required to participate in 5 hours of dormitory service (愛舍服務). Please upload an electronic copy of the original certificate to the dormitory system. However, students must still pay the deposit and dormitory internet fee totaling NT$1,100 within the payment period.

(7) Before making the payment, please be sure to carefully read the “National Taipei University of Education Student Dormitory Application Announcement [Arrangements for Quarantine and Isolation Dormitories]” published by the Student Life Assistance Division (available under the Related Links section on the following page). Once the payment has been made, it will be deemed that you have agreed to and accepted the relevant regulations.
