主旨:有關115學年度葉故校長霞翟女士獎學金，收件日為115年10月1日至10月15日17點止，請將相關資料於期限內送交學務處生輔組，逾時不候，請查照。

說明:

一、設置宗旨：
為紀念前省立台北師範專科學校葉故校長霞翟女士畢生獻身教育、作育英才之精神，特設置本獎學金，以鼓勵品學兼優之學生。
二、名額及金額：
(一) 名額：四名(大學部2名、碩博士班2名)
(二) 金額：各壹萬元整（每年由利息支付，不足額由葉故校長家屬補足）
三、申請條件：
本校二年級以上各科系全體學生同時符合以下三項條件者：
(一) 上學年度學業成績班級排名前三分之一。
(二) 上學年度操行成績八十分以上者。
(三) 未獲頒其他獎學金者。
四、申請日期：
每年十月一日至十五日下午5時。(遇假日延長至10月16日)
五、申請手續條件：
符合申請條件之學生，請於期限內向本校提出申請，並繳交下列各項資料。
(一) 申請書一份。
(二) 上學年度全學年成績一份(含班級排名)。
(三) 未獲頒其他獎學金證明書

六、審核標準：
以申請學生之兩項成績（上學年度學業成績班排名50%、操行成績50%）評審之。
七、頒發方式：
於校慶典禮上由校長頒發，或於校慶典禮上由葉故校長家屬頒發。

Subject: Applications for the Academic Year 115(2026–2027) Yeh Hsia-Ti Memorial Scholarship will be accepted from October 1 to October 15, 2026, until 5PM. Please submit all required documents to the Division of Student Guidance (Office A112a, Administration Building), before the deadline.

Description

I. Purpose

To commemorate the lifelong dedication of former Principal Ms. Hsia-Ti Yeh of the former Provincial Taipei Teachers College to education, this scholarship has been established to encourage students who demonstrate excellence in both academic performance and conduct.

II. Number of Awards and Amount

  1. Number of Recipients: Four students
    • 2 undergraduate students
    • 2 graduate students
  2. Scholarship Amount: NT$10,000 per recipient
    • The scholarship is funded by interest generated from the endowment.
    • Any shortfall will be covered by the family of former Principal Yeh.

III. Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be students in their second year or above and meet all of the following requirements:

  1. Ranked within the top one-third of their class based on academic performance in the previous academic year.
  2. Received a conduct grade of 80 or above in the previous academic year.
  3. Have not received any other scholarship awards.

IV. Application Period

Applications are accepted annually from October 1 to October 15 5PM.
If the deadline falls on a holiday, it will be extended to October 16.

V. Required Documents

Eligible students should submit the following documents to the university within the application period:

  1. One completed application form.
  2. One copy of the previous academic year's transcript, including class ranking.
  3. A certificate verifying that the applicant has not received any other scholarship.

VI. Evaluation Criteria

Applications will be evaluated based on:

  • Academic ranking in class (50%)
  • Conduct grade (50%)

VII. Award Presentation

Scholarships will be presented by the University President during the anniversary celebration ceremony, or by members of former Principal Yeh's family during the same event.
