114學年度第二學期期末封宿通知

一、本學期計畫於115628日(日)辦理學生宿舍封宿當日10時前所有住宿生需離開(若未離開,依國立臺北教育大學學生宿舍住宿申請及輔導管理辦法第6條第十七點6),隨即進行封宿檢查及寢室消毒與除蟲,住宿同學置物時,請依宿舍規定之範本(貼紙書寫上學號、姓名與手機電話並使用防水塑膠袋)完成打包。18:00暑宿入住(視情況提前,詳情請見宿委會群組及現場公告) 所有暑宿同學均需於暑宿結束前淨空寢室,未淨空者將沒收個人保證金。

二、同學如須提前離宿請務必完成寢室個人桌面、床位、抽屜及公私櫃淨空並拍照存證(各一張照片),並於上班時間至櫃台辦理(離宿前將淨空照片四張出示予櫃台人員檢視),未完成清點確認作業及清潔寢室,將拍照存證並沒收個人保證金。

三、628日當日離宿檢查要求完成寢室地面、桌面、床位、抽屜及公私櫃內外淨空,由宿服組進行檢查,不符合封宿規定,可歸於個人者,沒收個人保證金NT$500,無法釐清責任者(寢室堆積垃圾或雜物)全寢依輔導管理辦法第6條第十五點5有公物損壞者通知照價賠償。

四、暑宿選擇A方案(6/28~8/22)B方案(6/28~8/1)C方案(8/1~8/22)住宿同學,請於公告置物時間內,依下列指示將個人行李搬至指定地點擺放:A方案女生請放至一宿地下室大廳、一宿地下室宿舍專用會議室及一宿3樓交誼廳。A方案男生請放至二宿3-4樓交誼廳;BC方案男生,請放至二宿5樓交誼廳,BC方案女生請放至一宿4樓交誼廳。請勿放貴重物品及食品,以免吸引老鼠及損壞。原寢室請打掃乾淨,垃圾桶清空,待封宿檢查結束並開放進住後再進入宿舍。

五、無暑宿但新學期已抽中床位者:新床位在一宿,請放置一宿地下室右邊宿舍專屬空間;新床位在二宿,請放置一宿地下室左邊社團專屬空間。恕不提供新學期無床位同學暫放。

六、6/226/2610-14點,成功郵局表示僅收首次使用學生包裹專用箱或3號便利箱交寄,自備紙箱請至成功郵局交寄。

七、提醒同學宿地下室遇豪大雨即可能有淹水情形,請同學務必使用防水袋打包,貴重物品請寄回家中學校僅提供場地寄放,恕不負任何保管責任

置物地點

一宿地下室及3-5樓交誼廳。每人最多3件,62810點後上鎖關閉;959點開放領取,91117點後,地下室清空歸還自習室使用。

暑假住宿同學

暑宿同學物品可分別暫放在一、二宿3-5樓交誼廳及一宿地下室大廳

放置期間無人看管,請勿放置貴重物品。暑宿AB方案同學請務必於628()2200時前領回。

注意事項

1.823-94日為宿舍維修與清潔時間,暑宿AC方案同學仍須將行李打包放至上述指定地點。若

未在期限內取物,請自行連絡代理人領回,超過期限物品,視同廢棄物處理,違規者亦須愛宿服務6小時

或記點3點處分。

2.北部天氣潮濕多雨,往年多有住宿生反應寄存寢具全數發霉,需丟棄另購新品。建請帶回晾曬,省錢環保外,亦有益減緩過敏、維持膚況及健康。

Student Dormitory End-of-Semester Closure Notice

1. Key closure and room clearance

All residents must leave the dormitories by 10:00 on Sunday 28 June 2026. After 10:00, staff will carry out room inspections, disinfection and pest control.

Before leaving, clear the floor, desk, bed space, drawers, bin, and both personal and shared cabinets.

If the room is not properly cleared, the personal deposit (NT$500) may be forfeited. Where responsibility cannot be identified, the whole room may receive 5 conduct points. Damage to University property will be charged at replacement cost.

Summer accommodation residents must clear their room before the end of their summer stay, or the personal deposit will be forfeited.

2. Early check-out

Students leaving early must clear their personal desk, bed space, drawers, and personal/shared cabinets before check-out.

Take four photographs as proof of clearance, and show the photos to front desk staff before leaving.

Front desk service hours: 08:30-23:30.

3. Packing rules

Label every stored item with your student ID number, name, and mobile phone number.

Use waterproof bags or waterproof storage boxes. Maximum: 3 items per student. Do not store valuables.

Students in Summer Plans A and B must collect temporarily stored items by 22:00 on Sunday 28 June.

6. Postal, safety and storage reminders

From 22 to 26 June, 10:00-14:00, Chenggong Post Office will only accept parcels sent in a student parcel box or No. 3 convenience-store shipping box. If you use your own cardboard box, please send it directly via Chenggong Post Office.

Dorm 1 basement may flood during heavy rain. Please use waterproof bags/boxes and send valuables home.

The University provides storage space only and accepts no responsibility for the safekeeping of stored belongings.

Because northern Taiwan is humid and rainy, stored bedding may become mouldy. Students are advised to take bedding home for drying and storage.

7. Maintenance period and uncollected items

From 23 August to 4 September, the dormitories will be under maintenance and cleaning.

Students in Summer Plans A and C must also pack and move their belongings to the designated storage areas during that period.

Uncollected items after the deadline will be treated as abandoned. Students who do not comply may also be assigned 6 hours of dormitory service or 3 conduct points.

Students with no summer stay but a new-semester bed: Dorm 1 bed -> Dorm 1 basement right-hand dormitory-only area; Dorm 2 bed -> Dorm 1 basement left-hand club-use area. Storage is not available for students without a new-semester bed.

8. Acknowledgement

After reading this notice, please sign the acknowledgement slip and return it to the Dorm 1 or Dorm 2 front desk by Thursday 4 June.
